For tyre wholesalers

Wholesale volume without the chaos.

Orders that hold their price, deliveries in parts, invoices that match what left the warehouse, and receivables aged so you know who to call first.

What changes

Orders that drift

The price changes between the call and the delivery, and the invoice starts an argument.

Confirmed means locked

Confirmed orders hold the price and reserve the stock.

Stock sold twice

Two salespeople promise the same tyres to two customers.

Deliver in parts

Delivery notes per trip, the invoice from delivered quantities.

Receivables in a drawer

Nobody can say who is 90 days late until the money is gone.

Aging by 30 / 60 / 90

Receivables sorted by money at risk, with one-tap reminders.

From the phone call to the payment

Every order, delivery and invoice on one set of numbers.

Orders

Confirm it once, and it holds

When you confirm an order the price locks and the tyres are reserved, so nobody sells them to someone else. Deliver over as many trips as it takes.

  • In stock, in orders and free to sell
  • Credit-limit warning before you confirm
  • Reopen, void or cancel, always on the record
Invoices

Invoices that match the warehouse

Each invoice is built from what was actually delivered, numbered without gaps, and never edited once issued. Returns go through a credit note, line by line.

  • Delivery notes without prices for the driver
  • Tax per line at your rate
  • Your logo, terms and bank details
Receivables

Know who to call first

Every customer's balance is aged into 30, 60 and 90 days, biggest money first. One tap sends the reminder with the amount due.

  • Running statements both sides can read
  • Advance payments applied automatically
  • Opening balances from your old ledger

The questions you ask every day, answered in seconds

Can we promise 40 tyres for Friday?

What still has to go out?

Each order shows delivered and still to deliver

Who is past 60 days?

Receivables aging, biggest balance first

What do we owe our suppliers?

Supplier balances and statements

Is this order over their limit?

A credit-limit warning before you confirm

Which sizes earn the most?

Profit by size, brand or product

Questions

Can I deliver one order in several trips?

Yes. Each trip gets its own delivery note, and the order shows what is still to go. The invoice is built from what was delivered.

Can my customers buy from me online?

Yes, through the Trade Network. Other tyre businesses on the platform see your stock as ranges and the prices you set for them, and order from you directly.

Can I set different prices for different customers?

On the Trade Network, yes: price rules by size, brand or an overall percentage, plus per-customer discounts, minimums and credit terms.

How do I bring over what customers already owe?

Enter each customer's opening balance, dated when your old ledger closed. It never counts as a sale.
