Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Plain English. These terms cover the TyreAnywhere website and the TyreAnywhere platform. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them.

1. Who we are

TyreAnywhere is operated by Paiyaay (Pvt) Limited, registered in Pakistan. "We", "us" and "TyreAnywhere" mean that company. "You" means the business that opened the account and every user it adds.

2. The service

TyreAnywhere is business software for the tyre trade: inventory and warehouse locations, point of sale, orders and invoicing, customer and supplier accounts, reports and a business-to-business Trade Network. What we show you in the demo is what you buy.

3. Your account and your staff

The account owner controls the business account and is responsible for everyone they add to it; staff actions count as the business's actions. Keep passwords private and tell us at hello@tyreanywhere.com straight away if you think an account is compromised.

4. Fees

The subscription is charged monthly, in advance, per business, never per user. Add-ons such as extra locations or Trade Network selling are separate monthly charges that you can switch off.

Payment is due by the method stated on your invoice. A month that has started is not refunded. If payment stops, the account is suspended: your data is kept safe and export stays available, and paying reopens it.

5. Your data is yours

Everything you enter, from products to customers to invoices, belongs to your business, not to us. If you close the account, your data stays available for export for 60 days and is then permanently deleted, except records the law requires us to keep.

We never sell your data, and we never show one business's private data to another. What the Trade Network shows is governed by your own settings.

6. Our access to your account

Our support staff can enter your account only through visible impersonation, so you can see when it happened, and only to help you. We do not browse customer accounts otherwise.

7. Taxes and invoices

You choose the tax rates printed on your invoices and remain responsible for your own tax registration, the accuracy of invoice data and compliance with the tax rules of your country.

8. The Trade Network

The Trade Network connects independent businesses. TyreAnywhere never holds the money: buyers pay sellers directly. Sellers are responsible for their goods, prices and dispatch promises; buyers for their payments.

Disputes are reviewed by TyreAnywhere using the records inside the platform, and our decision is final within the platform. Fabricated evidence or fake records lead to suspension or a permanent ban.

9. Fair use

Use TyreAnywhere for lawful trade in genuine goods. Do not create false records, probe other businesses' data, harvest sellers' price lists, resell access, or try to break or reverse-engineer the platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or endanger other customers.

10. Availability and backups

We aim to keep the platform available around the clock and announce planned maintenance in advance. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee. Your data is backed up daily.

11. Liability

The platform records your business faithfully, but reviewing your books remains your responsibility. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Ending the relationship

You can stop any time: export your data and stop paying. There is no lock-in and no exit fee. We can terminate for non-payment, breach of these terms or fraud on the Trade Network; where reasonable we warn you first, and you always get the export window.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you inside the product or by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the operating company is registered. Before anything formal, talk to us: most things are fixed with one conversation.
